No. Many clients come from a strength-only or cardio-only background. The Foundation programme is built to introduce the second modality safely and progressively. The Athlete tier assumes some base in both, but we assess this on your intake call.
Primarily Hyrox, OCR, and hybrid competitions. But the methodology applies to anyone wanting to build genuine strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously — including people with no event in mind who just want to be fit in both directions.
The standard programme is built around 5 sessions per week. If you have more or fewer days available, the programme is structured around your schedule. Minimum viable is 4 sessions. Recovery is half the programme — more isn't always better.
Foundation is a one-time purchase — you get a fully personalised 16-week programme delivered to you, and then you train independently. Athlete tier is ongoing monthly coaching with weekly adjustments, check-ins, wearable tracking, WhatsApp support, and nutrition guidance. If you want accountability and a programme that adapts as you progress, Athlete tier is the one.
If you complete your first 4 weeks of the Athlete tier — attend your check-ins and log your sessions — and don't see measurable improvement in both your strength benchmark and your cardio benchmark compared to day one, you get your first month refunded in full. Benchmarks are recorded on day one so there's no ambiguity.
Concurrent training adaptation takes time. Three months is the minimum to complete a full strength emphasis block, an endurance emphasis block, and an integration phase — which is where the real gains compound. Month-to-month thinking produces month-to-month results.
